An Intriguing wine owing to the contrast between the sweet grape, peach and floral aromas and the cool,
herbaceous character on the nose. The tension rises further on the palate owing to the vibrant acids which define the structure of the taste. Light and appropriately low in alcohol, this is a positively exciting wine, particularly for a fragrant variety.
The crisp scent is both floral and fruity recalling elder, green apple, citrus fruits and even grass. Lean restrained style packed with assertive herbaceous gooseberry fruit. Creamy sauces or flavoursome goat cheese are the ideal accompaniments.
The understated but complex nose revels tiers of butter, apple and walnut aromas with hints of toast reminiscent of sunflower seeds. After some contact with air, the wine develops notes of tropical fruits (pineapple, banana) and ripe melon. On the palate it comes off as an approachable, medium-bodied white marked by powerful oak and a not very long aftertaste.Â

Its aroma reveals a rich floral scent,
fresh apples and ripe peaches.
The fine oakiness of the barrel aging only
appears in the finish, in addition to the acidity,
the exciting minerality characteristic
of the vineyard plays a major role in the sip.

The blend of four sorts makes a nice complexity. Fruitness reminding to raspberry and strawberry, spicy notes, strong acids, long and intensive finish characterizes this rosé. Terrific with seafood or at summer time, even on its own as a refreshment.
