Traditional, old vines comes from the basis of Kadarka wine grapes. Comes from Boronal vineyard, traditional hand-cultivation (cultivation buck) grapes. We compilewith the grapes that only work with a limited Kadarka.
Conveniently, a 10 hl wooden vats ferment the grapes in it, and then further aged in oak barrels. Than the lifetime can be extended over the reductive wines.
Medium body item with full of gusts with fine barrel spices in the background. Shows rip fruits in its nose: plum, sour cherry and a bit of vanilla and cinnamon. Playful and very round when tasting. Its vigorous fruitiness is supplemented by pleasant acids and some tannin

Both components of the wine were made truly unique and special by the one and a half years of barrique maturation, and their blending gave this deep, pomegranate red wine with a deep pomegranate color and velvety tannins. In its taste and aroma, the Mediterranean character and the unique spiciness are mixed with a cavalcade of red and black fleshy fruits.
The core is blackish purple with a burgundy red rim. The nose offers spices of toasted oak, black pepper, forest fruit, cigarbox and mineral notes. The palate shows similar levels of complexity and it is quite full reflecting the character of the vintage. The ample tannins are balanced by wonderfully concentrated aromas. It has a long life ahead.
Pinot noir grapes are harvested in the middle of September in an optimal – not too ripe – state of maturity in order to preserve their fruitiness. Pinot noir is a lighter, lighter-colored wine with a unique style.
