This unique wine a blend of Kékfrankos, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon and Cabernet franc we commemorate to a world famous pionist György Cziffra. Rubato as a musical term with a meaning of unbound rhythm and free playing. This wine also showing temperamentum and virtuosity and at the same time serious and sophisticated as the „Maistro” is known.

After nice, warm but not too hot summer, came a balanced September which kept going to the middle of October. Though a few rainy and cold days made the harvest harder in the second part of October. All together, it was an outstanding vintage.
