For a wine of this age the colour is surprisingly youthful, black core with purple rim. A rich and expressive nose with hints of oak and ripe fruit. The aromas are mainly those of dark berries and forest fruit with an undercurrent of oak aromas. The 2012 Attila offers an amazingly complex array of aromas:

brambles, red currants, raspberries, sour cherries, wild black pepper, hints of thyme, fresh oregano, mineral notes, „capuccino” and a never ending finish. Ample, fine grained, ripe and velvety tannins. A monumental wine, a worthy representative of an exceptional vintage
