An enchanting salmon hue and long strings of tiny bubbles attract our gaze. The visual experience is followed by complex, modestly yeasty aromas resulting from long bottle ageing; nicely complemented by notes of ripe cherry and raspberry in the background. Itās vibrant on the palate, where the integrated acidity enhances the fruity taste of this sparkling wine.
Pinot noir, whose Hungarian variety name is KƩkburgundi,
is a French-origin grape variety that established
the reputation of the great red wines of Burgundy.
The wine is ruby red in color,
in which a cavalcade of red nuts and forest fruits can be discovered.
With its silky tannin and wonderful taste,
it proves that Eger deserves a place for this excellent red wine grape variety.
Small forest berries, blueberry, mulberry, ripe figs and cocoa appear first in its nose. The aromas are vigorous but in the same time ripe, dried fruitiness appear as well. Dried sour cherry and dried plum when tasting, hiding barrel marks, extremely full taste. Though the tannins keep it tight it ends with a long fruitiness. A serious wine of a great vintage wherein many years of potential lurks.
Pinot noir grapes are harvested in the middle of September in an optimal ā not too ripe ā state of maturity in order to preserve their fruitiness. Pinot noir is a lighter, lighter-colored wine with a unique style.

It is characterized by a cherry colour of light intensity accompanied by rosehips and currants. Its taste is fruity.
The year 2017 started with a cold and dry winter. The spring of March began warmer than usual, which was varied by cool days. The heat of May arrived in the wine region with plenty of rain and occasionally with some ice. Due to the nice balanced long warm (sometimes extremely warm) summer, the harvest also started on time.Ā

The wine is characterized by typical aromas of the variety on the nose. It reveals the full scale of red berries of the early summer from the ripe raspberry up to the black cherry. These notes are enriched by the spiciness coming from the aging in wooden barrels. On the palate plenty of ripe fruity aromas guarantee an unforgettable joy of drinking.
