For a wine of this age the colour is surprisingly youthful, black core with purple rim. A rich and expressive nose with hints of oak and ripe fruit. Traditional, old vines comes from the basis of Kadarka wine grapes. Comes from Boronal vineyard, traditional hand-cultivation (cultivation buck) grapes. We compilewith the grapes that only work with a limited Kadarka.
Conveniently, a 10 hl wooden vats ferment the grapes in it, and then further aged in oak barrels. Than the lifetime can be extended over the reductive wines.
