The Egri Bikaver/Bulls’s Blood is the Eger wine region is a red wine that combines the best qualities of blue grape varieties grown near a heat source rich in volcanic minerals. It has a deep ruby velvety, spicy flavor, which is popular among demanding wine consumers. It was bottled after aging in a traditional wooden tub shell after fermentation in a long oak barrel.
Cabernet Sauvignon is a world variety from Bordeaux, France. A deep, ruby red, striking, large-bodied red wine with pleasant tannins, made truly unique and special by the 2-year barrique barrel maturation. It carries a Mediterranean character, a cavalcade of blackcurrants, blackberries and overripe forest fruits, garnished with a hint of dark chocolate.

A traditional blend of selected grapes. Based on Kékfrankos complemented by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with some Syrah and Kadarka.The grapes were harvested different time, and the whole process was separately. After the ageing, which we made 12 months in 80% used barrels and 20% in new Hungarian and French oak barrels we mixed the wines.
