A really vibrant and exciting wine from the outstanding terroir of Bátaszék. Both in fragrance and taste the forest fruits, especially the blueberry determine this wine. Bodied and rich with smooth tannins and slight touch of oaky character.
A full-bodied, vibrant red with rich bouquet. Notes of forest fruits, mainly blueberries make the velvety flavour particularly delectable. Aged in used oak barrels.
Owing to the dominancy of merlot, the wine has silky tannins, while the notes of cabernet franc ensure the structure for the wine. Due to the short period of aging in used Hungarian wooden barrels, the leading aromas are driven by the fruitiness but not from the barriques.

It is characterized by a cherry colour of light intensity accompanied by rosehips and currants. Its taste is fruity.
The year 2017 started with a cold and dry winter. The spring of March began warmer than usual, which was varied by cool days. The heat of May arrived in the wine region with plenty of rain and occasionally with some ice. Due to the nice balanced long warm (sometimes extremely warm) summer, the harvest also started on time.
Szajkós kertek, Tök The blend of four sorts makes a nice complexity. Fruitness reminding to raspberry and strawberry, spicy notes, strong acids, long and intensive finish characterizes this rosé. Terrific with seafood or at summer time, even on its own as a refreshment.
Vigorous hue turns to purple and aromas in which cherry, sour cherry and some blackcurrant dominate the nose. The ripe fruits appear in the glass are enriched by fine barrel marks. Shows nice balance when tasting, fine acids escort a pleasant sip rich in flavours.
